Lead the design development and implementation of AEM components workflows and integrations to meet project requirements Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers on AEM development best practices Work closely with designers content authors and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective AEM solutions Develop clean well-architected secure and maintainable code using HTL Java JavaScript and other relevant technologies Define the content model that structures and organises content within AEM for efficient management Integrate AEM with external systems and platforms using APIs Configure AEM security permissions workflows and user roles to ensure optimal performance and adherence to security best practices Package and deploy code and configurations to various AEM environments development staging production Monitor and optimise AEM performance to identify and address any bottlenecks Stay up to date on the latest AEM features technologies and security updates Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the development team
